For operators running 40 to 300 leases

Every owner's balance, live. Every stub and bill, read for you.

Oil and gas accounting for operators with real volume: dozens of purchasers, hundreds of owners, and a month-end somebody on your team carries. One flat price, locked in writing.

The question we ask every operator: on the 20th of the month, does anyone at your company know what every owner is owed as of the last check that posted, without running the cycle to find out?

Prefer to talk it through first? Email Donavan and he'll answer directly.

Founding Operator price

$750/month$1,100

Billed annually. Per operating company. Companies you keep books for that don't run JIB are included.

Locked for three years, in writing. The first 15 operators.

On a screen share, on real oil & gas data

Start the two free weeks

How it works. A card holds your spot; nothing is charged during the two weeks, and after that the year is invoiced at $9,000. The price stays $750 a month through year three, in writing, for as long as your subscription stays active. After that it never exceeds our then-current standard price.

What changes at month-end.

“Live” means current as of your last posted check or bill. These are the three things operators your size tell us they carry.

Owners

You stop running the cycle to find out.

Every owner's balance sits on screen, live, with suspense, minimums and netting already applied. When an owner calls on the 12th, the answer is on the screen, not at the end of the run.

Purchasers

Fifteen purchasers, zero keying.

Each stub is read, matched to the purchaser and the wells, and staged for approval. Master-meter checks split to their member wells. The revenue accountant reviews instead of types.

Close

The close is a review, not a rebuild.

Financials refresh as things post, severance is computed per production month with variances flagged, and every figure opens to its entries. Undo a bad run in one step instead of restoring a backup.

Moving over

  • Your backup, loaded. Chart of accounts, owners, decks, wells and history come across. Nothing retyped. A five-year live history with the rest in an archival company is the usual shape.
  • Proven on a real operator's month: billing matched their old system to the cent, and every dollar of owner suspense tied.
  • Two free weeks, starting once your data is loaded. We run your month alongside your current system, so you compare the two on your own books.
